Felicia Anderson is an ordained chaplain, trained with a pluralistic perspective that equips her to provide compassionate, inclusive support across religious, spiritual, and secular communities. She is also a herbalist and educator whose mission blends deep theological insight with empathetic care. Felicia holds a Master of Theological Studies and a Bachelor of Biblical Studies, alongside certifications in Christian Ministry, Church Growth, Cultural Insights of the Bible, and Biblical Exegesis. In recognition of her impactful ministerial leadership and scholarly contributions, she was awarded a Doctor of Ministry degree, Honoris Causa, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Theological Studies.
Felicia is the Founder, CEO, and Lead Educator of the Believer’s Fellowship, where she cultivates spiritual development, theological education, community empowerment, and personal growth. She teaches seminary-level courses in Biblical Studies, equipping emerging ministers and educators with a solid foundation in Scripture and faith-based leadership, while also training future leaders in community engagement that extends beyond religious settings.
As Vice President and Chaplaincy Director of the Ahmad Butler Foundation (ABF), Felicia provides holistic support to families affected by pediatric cancer and life-threatening illnesses. Her chaplaincy work, rooted in both religious and inclusive values, offers emotional, spiritual, and nonclinical guidance to individuals navigating life’s most challenging seasons. Felicia’s unwavering commitment to service was honored with the 2024 President’s Volunteer Service Gold Status Award.
In addition to her leadership at ABF, Felicia founded and leads a chaplaincy training program that prepares compassionate leaders to serve both local and global communities. She is devoted to creating spaces where people of all backgrounds can heal and find meaning at their own pace.
